About the role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive recruiting experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing senior-level executives in high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking events, industry associations, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Source and assess executive candidates, including identifying gaps in their current roles and aligning them with client opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
  • Prepare and present compelling case studies and success stories to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven track record of executive recruiting in accounting and finance.
  • Experience working with high-growth companies and executive-level candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in executive search firms or corporate recruiting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting.
