About the role
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive recruiting experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing senior-level executives in high-growth companies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking events, industry associations, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Source and assess executive candidates, including identifying gaps in their current roles and aligning them with client opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
- Prepare and present compelling case studies and success stories to secure new business.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven track record of executive recruiting in accounting and finance.
- Experience working with high-growth companies and executive-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

Pay
