Executive, Quality Assurance/Production

Responsibilities

• For Production:
  • Monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines, and SOP
  • Ensure cGMP compliance in all production activities
  • Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and other documents
  • Supervise and provide training to Operators, Helpers, and other Production Workers
  • Monitor productivity on daily, monthly, and yearly bases
• For Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor dispensing of raw materials as well as manufacturing and packaging processes in compliance with GMP
  • Perform IPC, BMR-BPR checking, change control activities, and batch release activities
  • Prepare and control SOPs and ensure QMS-related documentation
  • Handle Batch documents and Retention Samples and ensure proper investigation of quality incidents
  • Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to prepare and conduct training programs for employees

Requirements

• M. Pharm / B. Pharm (from reputed universities)
• 1-2 years of related experience is preferable, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Well conversant in MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working in a team and in a shifting environment
• Within 30 years of age
