Control Risks is seeking an Executive Protection Analyst to monitor and ensure the safety of our client’s global C-Suite teams, with a focus on their travel security.
About the role
This position operates on a 24/7/365 basis following a 4×12 shift schedule: four consecutive 12-hour night shifts (7:00 am–7:00 pm) followed by four days off.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct monitoring for the client’s globally dispersed C-Suite executives, including while they travel.
- Identify and assess threats to executives and personnel through OSINT, social-media monitoring, investigative platforms, and security-intelligence tools.
- Develop risk assessments for cities and events attended by the executive teams and conduct live monitoring as needed.
- Conduct real-time incident assessments and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document all incidents thoroughly, including actions taken and outcomes, for future reference and analysis.
- Support the execution of security protocols and procedures as directed by leadership.
- Assist in producing security reports and intelligence products that inform decision-making.
- Engage in regular training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends, technologies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security processes and upgrade incident-response strategies.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations, or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Experience in protective intelligence and/or executive protection is a plus.
- Working knowledge of security systems, incident-response protocols, and emergency management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions under stress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to assess complex situations while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using security technology and software applications related to monitoring and reporting.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay
Base salary range: $70,000–$78,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
