About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Protection Travel Agent, an elite operator with a proven track record in domestic and international protective assignments. You are tactically sound, emotionally intelligent, and operationally agile, thriving in high-pressure environments while maintaining absolute discretion. As an EP Travel Agent, you will safeguard the safety, mobility, and operational continuity of executives and high-profile individuals across diverse environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless, discreet, and effective personal security during travel, daily activities, and high-visibility events (Close Protection).
- Plan and execute secure itineraries including air, ground, and accommodations, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage (Secure Travel Logistics).
- Employ advanced surveillance techniques to identify risks, monitor environments, and neutralize potential threats (Surveillance & Threat Detection).
- Manage access for employees, vendors, and visitors across multiple properties and operational zones (Access Control & Perimeter Security).
- Operate as a primary driver for executive movements, ensuring safe transit through urban, rural, and international settings (Secure Transportation).
- Build trusted relationships with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement to ensure coordinated protection (Stakeholder Engagement).
- Uphold the highest standards of privacy and operational secrecy in all interactions and documentation (Confidentiality & Discretion).
- Partner with intelligence teams, GSOC assets, and law enforcement to proactively mitigate threats and respond to incidents (Emergency Response & Coordination).
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations, providing timely intelligence to leadership (Documentation & Reporting).
- Adapt to fast-paced, multifaceted environments with agility, professionalism, and mission-first focus (Dynamic Operations).
- Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents, and completing regular training (Information Security).
Requirements
- 10+ years of military, law enforcement, or executive protection experience (Special Operations Forces background strongly preferred).
- Prior experience in high-threat environments (military, law enforcement, or emergency response).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT).
- Successful background investigation and participation in random drug screenings.
- U.S. Passport & Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid HR-218/LEOSA and/or multi-state CCW.
- Valid Guard Card and Firearms Permit (California).
- American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
- Training in incident response, emergency medicine, or crisis management.
- Executive Protection certifications (ASIS, close protection, defensive driving).
- Experience with advanced surveillance systems and security technologies.
- Prior work with high-profile clients or in high-security environments.
