Responsibilities

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure, including locks, cameras, and access control systems, to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
• Valid Guard Card (Maryland Special Police Officer License) & Maryland CCW or HR 218/LEOSA.
• Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience.
• U.S. Passport & Driver’s License.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy.
• Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation.
• Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response.
• LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit.

• Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools, and Processes.
