Executive Producer - Temporary

About the role
The Executive Producer elevates and ensures creative excellence through production on assigned accounts. This is a temporary, full-time role on dentsu payroll, open to US-based candidates. The position is remote with a preference for EST/NYC time zone alignment and begins immediately through August 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes content productions (budgets over $1–5 million) with A-list directors, celebrity talent, and multiple workstreams, either independently or with support.
- Keep all key stakeholders informed and educated on the production process.
- Lead discovery, vetting, and bidding processes for large projects, defining requirements and developing production specs to evolve creative concepts into clear deliverables.
- Develop production solutions that ensure creative excellence within budget parameters.
- Build strong relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and throughout production.
- Demonstrate full understanding of AICP and AICE bid formats.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording talent, including usage and payment considerations.
- Lead post-project summary meetings and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.
- Ensure account financial health by finding solutions that balance client and agency interests.
- Elevate creative work by leading the evolution of creative concepts into stronger executions.
- Maintain dentsu creative’s cultural capital and credibility by working with both emerging and established partners.
- Oversee junior producers, guiding them on productions, vendor selection, bid analysis, project organization, time management, scoping, and execution.
- Share inspirational work, innovative technological solutions, and best practices.
- Utilize agency tools, including templates, status documents, and wrap reports.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience managing large productions (budgets from $500K to over $1M) as an integrated producer focused on content (broadcast, social, and still).
- Experience in digital and/or experiential production is a plus.
- Passion for the craft of production and creativity.
- Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and awareness of group dynamics.
- Ability to adapt communication and behavior to meet project needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior-level clients.
- Confidence in guiding clients through complex, high-risk productions.
Pay
The hourly salary range for this position is $74.27 – $99.08. Placement within the range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
