About the role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is comfortable balancing professional, creative, and personal support tasks. This is a position that requires flexibility and some weekend and afternoon work.
Responsibilities
- Support the life coach in scheduling appointments and managing client communications
- Organize and maintain files for the Zumba instructor, including class schedules and participant information
- Assist the Managing Attorney with administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and scheduling meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties and providing timely responses
- Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes for the Managing Attorney's meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the life coach and Zumba instructor
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and afternoons
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (optional)
- Experience in a similar role or as an administrative assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
