About the Opportunity
The Executive Operations and Communications Manager is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of leaders by providing comprehensive administrative, organizational, and functional support. This role anticipates needs, manages communications thoughtfully, and ensures priorities and commitments are clear and met. It plays a key role in supporting executive productivity and shaping a collaborative workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive communications including writing, editing, and distributing correspondence in a warm, relational tone.
- Maintain leaders’ calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel while protecting time for key priorities.
- Organize and manage email inboxes, including triaging and responding on behalf of executives.
- Arrange detailed logistics for executive travel adhering to company policies.
- Create meeting agendas, materials, slide decks, and briefing documents.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams to facilitate communication and decision-making.
- Create on-brand presentations and graphics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Monitor and manage priority issues and commitments across teams.
- Cook up timely creation and submission of reports.
- Manage expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Plan and execute events that enhance team connection and workplace culture.
Requirements
- Experience in executive-level administrative and communications support.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt tone to audience.
- Proficiency in calendar and email management.
- Ability to manage travel logistics.
- Skill in preparing presentations and briefing materials.
- Discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to track and prioritize multiple commitments.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000 depending on location.
