About the Role
This role was made with room to grow for a service-minded rockstar. You’ll lead a team, elevate standards, and cultivate an environment for learning while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Book and service small groups/events from all markets.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding guest and team member engagement.
- Drive financial performance through effective management and execution.
- Anticipate obstacles and implement quick solutions to ensure seamless event execution.
- Work collaboratively in a 24-hour operation, demonstrating flexibility to meet demands.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering and events.
- Advanced knowledge of booking and servicing small groups/events.
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Pay
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
