About the role

Miami Valley Gaming is seeking a sales‑oriented, dynamic, dependable, and guest‑focused individual to join the Executive Host team. In this full‑time position you will develop relationships with VIP guests to promote repeat business and grow the VIP player base. Savvy interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to think on your feet are critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a valuable member of the Marketing team, delivering the guest experience and helping keep guests safe and healthy.
• Offer top‑tier players tickets to events such as the Kentucky Derby, Bengals football games, Cincinnati Reds baseball games, and other premium experiences.
• Maintain a can‑do attitude, stay busy, and assist with various tasks as needed—no cubicle confinement.
• Work independently while also thriving in a tight‑knit, people‑focused team environment.
• Take advantage of on‑the‑job training and pursue advancement opportunities within hospitality.
• Contribute to a fun, friendly atmosphere where boredom is rare and time passes quickly.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment.
• Capability to be on your feet for eight (8) hours at a time.
• Pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
