Responsibilities
- Handle high complexity first-party property claims
- Conduct field inspections for damage assessment and documentation
- Utilize innovative technologies in claims processes
- Investigate and evaluate facts relating to coverage and liability
- Set timely and accurate claim reserves
- Negotiate settlements with contractors and insured representatives
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claim process
Qualifications
- 10-15 years in insurance claims management focusing on property claims for commercial accounts
- Solid understanding of commercial property insurance policies and coverage evaluation
- Required adjuster licensing for applicable states
- Solid knowledge of legal concepts and processes relevant to property claims
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective relationship building
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
