EXECUTIVE FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the university's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and providing technical support to faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the university’s network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Provide technical support to users across various departments, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new technologies and enhance overall system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT management or support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT management tools.

Skills
