Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and competitive data, keeping a pulse on the state of the category and industry, bringing insights to your client.
- Leverage unique data and cultural intelligence tools to bring clear and concise strategic recommendations.
- Continuously monitor brand performance and health, working closely with Marketing Science teams to advise on the relationship between brand and performance strategies.
- Develop expertise in audience understanding, using qualitative and quantitative intelligence to anticipate consumer needs and inform brand and media strategy.
- Lead and develop best-in-class strategic recommendations, ensuring clear and concise storytelling that meets client needs, including the nuances between senior leaders and day-to-day media teams.
- Maintain a relentless focus on strategies that deliver business outcomes and unlock revenue for your client.
- Develop innovation roadmaps and execute on them to apply to the client’s business.
- Create and facilitate client workshops, bringing thought-provoking work to them when necessary.
Strategic growth of our work
- Work closely with SBUs to orchestrate the right set of capabilities around client needs for any given moment or brief.
- Connect media, content, commerce, and creative to understand the right combination to drive growth.
- Lead and advise on the strategic narrative of recommendations, working with audience, content, planning, activation, and marketing science teams to connect the dots across the entire recommendation.
- Clearly define the goal, problem, insight, and solution in strategic recommendations.
- Deliver thought leadership that can be showcased both internally and externally, shaping future-thinking POVs that influence strategic product and work.
- Partner with the team to educate and upskill, providing guidance and mentorship where necessary.
- Participate in both organic and new business opportunities, acting as a strategic leader to guide the narrative and establish why the agency is right for the client’s needs.
Pay
$150,000 - $250,000
Schedule
Omnicom requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
