The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of practice management experience in specialty services, a Bachelor's degree, and a preferred Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field. They will exhibit strong facilitation skills and have a keen operational goal and growth mindset. The position is based in-office with travel to other practice locations; candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance to Providence, Rhode Island.
