Responsibilities
- Operationalize the People Strategy into actionable programs and initiatives
- Align talent strategy with growth objectives and financial goals
- Lead execution of IPO-related People initiatives
- Drive efficiency and consistency in day-to-day People operations
- Design and optimize HR operating models and service delivery frameworks
- Implement HR technology platforms to modernize processes
- Develop dashboards and insights from workforce analytics to inform decision-making
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in HR, People Strategy, or organizational leadership roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale People operations or enterprise HR functions
- Strong expertise in organizational design and workforce strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, global teams
- Deep experience in process optimization and service delivery models
- Strong executive presence to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Experience in workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making
