Executive Director of Architecture

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director of Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape enterprise architecture strategy across a large healthcare organization, ensuring technology direction is practical, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. You will partner closely with senior leaders and technical teams to influence architectural decisions across multiple value streams. The position also requires mentoring senior architects, building coalitions, and establishing strategic technology partnerships that support long-term enterprise goals.
