TITLE: Executive Director REPORTS TO: Regional Director LOCATION: Merced County, CA EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt Employee Career TEAM is looking to hire an Executive Director who will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, and overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title 1, Adult and Dislocated Worker including plans, implements, administers, and evaluate projects and activities necessary to ensure programmatic performance and compliance standards are met. In this role, the incumbent will practice working knowledge in Workforce Development protocols, which include a basic understanding of the field, core programs, and business plans. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or community organization or development5+ years of experience in operations5+ years of experience in business, marketing, public relations, education, and/or human and/or workforce development servicesKnowledge of planning and organizing work standards, processes, and references to regularly assist managementUnderstanding of technical support underlying issues related to customer problems and taking action to prevent future occurrencesKnowledgeable about the WIOA program and other workforce program requirementsStrong emotional intelligence and ability to lead a team with different working stylesA demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient in maintaining a high-level of confidentialitySharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skillsComputer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel), PowerPoint, training platforms, and case management or customer relations software applicationsExceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA Valid Driver’s License Additional Skills/Knowledge Career TEAM Would Love for This Role: Master’s or MBA degreeKnowledgeable about the local region and relevant partnersAstounding ability to multitask and be proactive Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/yr Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
