Executive Director (LALD)

Emerald Crest of Minnetonka and Emerald Crest of Shakopee are seeking an Executive Director to lead our memory care communities. In this unique dual-site role, you’ll divide your time between Shakopee, a 40-unit memory care community, and Minnetonka, a 39-unit memory care community, providing leadership and operational oversight while ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centered care in a safe and supportive environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for a leader who is passionate about serving individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia while supporting dedicated teams committed to making a difference every day As the Executive Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and ensure compliance with housing and regulatory standards across both communities. The ideal candidate must hold a current Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license in Minnesota with at least one year of experience preferred. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and support teams, build strong relationships, and promote exceptional resident care. Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $95,000 to $110,000 depending on experience.
