About the role

The ideal candidate will lead Spectrum Health Cosmetics in its mission to provide high-quality, sustainable beauty products. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies that align with company goals.
• Oversee all aspects of product development, including sourcing materials and ensuring ethical production practices.
• Manage the marketing and sales efforts to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality control and maintain relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the cosmetics industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of sustainability and ethical business practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
