Executive Director - Lakeview

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join us as an Executive Director who holistically operates a Koelsch Community at Lakeview memory care. This is a full-time, salaried/exempt position with monthly bonus opportunities.

Pay

Earn between $115,000 and $120,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Who You Are

Leadership is at the core of this role. You have actively managed multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success. You will manage a Senior Living Community effectively and profitably in accordance with company standards. You accept responsibility for the community operations — good or bad.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations
• Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success
• Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates
• Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy
• Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Experience in the senior housing industry preferred
