Executive Director, Integrated Experience Planning

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Integrated Experience Planning to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead the translation of business objectives into cohesive, human-centered customer experiences that support brand performance and patient outcomes. The Executive Director will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align experience strategy across channels, using data, research, and analytics to inform decisions. This leader will also shape measurement approaches, optimize integrated plans, and develop the talent needed to execute with consistency and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $236,600 – $439,400 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary partner for translating business objectives into integrated experiences Develop a clear point of view on HCP and patient experiences Lead integrated experience planning to achieve business objectives Oversee the development and optimization of integrated experience plans Collaborate with partners to align experience strategies across channels Analyze brand dynamics and synthesize insights for cohesive experience decisions Design human-centered experiences that meet customer needs and improve outcomes Partner with Insights and Analytics to conduct research and test assumptions Define experience requirements and measurement needs based on insights Lead and develop integrated experience planning talent Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 15+ years of experience in marketing strategy or customer experience Expertise in experience design and integrated planning Ability to translate brand strategies into measurable experience plans Experience using data and analytics to optimize performance Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams Strong commercial acumen and digital fluency Benefits Comprehensive health, life, and disability benefits 401(k) plan with company contribution and match Generous time off package including vacation and personal days Eligibility for performance-based cash incentives Annual equity awards for eligible roles Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
