Executive Director, Global Program Head, Immunology

Join our Immunology team as a Global Program Head, leading integrated program strategy for our Immunology portfolio from pre-IND nomination through BLA application.
About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. You will collaborate with research, clinical development, regulatory, commercial, and manufacturing partners across Regeneron.
- Build and lead Strategic Program Teams in developing long-term, end-to-end integrated program strategy
- Drive scientific rigor and innovation into program development strategies
- Orchestrate execution of program deliverables and governance interactions across functions
- Hold sub-teams and their leads accountable for program strategy, plans, and timelines
- Maintain financial oversight of program budgets and development costs
- Identify and align key stakeholders across Regeneron and partner organizations throughout the program lifecycle
- Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, making decisions informed by cross-functional input
- Coach and support the professional development of Strategic Program Team members
Requirements
- MD, PhD, or PharmD
- 10-15 years of experience in broad drug development in Immunology or autoimmunity
- Deep knowledge of the overall development of molecules for relevant disease areas
- Expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and general regulatory requirements for drug approval
- Experience or knowledge of biologics and alternative therapeutic modalities preferred
Location & Schedule
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Work model: 4 days a week on-site
Travel: 10% to relevant conferences/congresses
Pay
Salary Range (annually): $285,600.00 - $475,900.00
