Executive Director, Global Medical Neuroscience, Psychiatry, Mood Disorders Medical Product Lead
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- Position Summary (could be About the role)
- Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities)
- Qualifications & Experience (Qualifications)
- Skill Set (maybe Skills)
- Compensation Overview (Pay)
- Benefits (Benefits)
- Location (maybe Schedule? Not schedule but location; we could include as part of About the role or separate? There's no Schedule heading; we can omit Schedule if not present. There's no explicit schedule info besides travel requirement; but not schedule. So we omit Schedule.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines. Remove application instructions. Remove supporting people with disabilities etc. Remove candidate rights, data protection, etc. Also remove "We hire for skills..." maybe keep? It's part of encouragement but not boilerplate? Might be considered generic but it's substantive? It's encouraging to apply; could be considered boilerplate but it's not legal. Might keep as part of About the role? Safer to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "We hire for skills..." is not exactly those; it's more of a motivational statement. Could keep.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.

We might also include Location as part of About the role or separate? There's location info: "Location: Role is based in Princeton Pike or Madison, NJ, as required. Ability to travel globally (frequent travel will be required)". Could add a short paragraph under About the role after the position summary. Or create a separate section "Location". But instruction only lists certain headings; location not listed. Could incorporate into About the role. Also include the encouragement line: "We hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials – if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway." Could add to About the role. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't repeat. Now output HTML fragment. Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, candidate rights, data protection, supporting people with disabilities, etc. Also removed "Visit careers.bms.com/eeo-accessibility", "If this posting is missing required information..." etc. Also removed "How We Work" section? That's about work models; could be considered substantive but not in allowed headings. Might be considered boilerplate? It's about ways of working; could be kept under About the role? Might be okay to include as a paragraph. But instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "How We Work" is not those; it's about work models. Could keep. But we have limited sections; we could add a paragraph under About the role. Similarly "Supporting People With Disabilities" is EEO/accommodations; that's EEO-related, should remove. "Candidate Rights" also EEO-related; remove. "Data Protection" also legal; remove. "We will never request payments..." also legal; remove. "If this posting is missing required information..." also legal; remove. "To check your application status..." is application instruction; remove. Thus final HTML includes About the role (with company purpose, position summary, location, travel, encouragement, maybe how we work), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay, Benefits. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s). We'll include:At Bristol Myers Squibb, our employees often ask, “Who are you working for?”—a question that fuels collaboration, accountability, and urgency in our work. We offer uniquely interesting and meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment that values inclusion, wellbeing, flexibility, and comprehensive benefits.
