About the role

The Executive Director, Global ESG and Regulatory Compliance will lead the development and implementation of global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and regulatory compliance strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee all aspects of ESG and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global ESG and regulatory compliance policies and procedures
  • Oversee the integration of ESG and regulatory compliance into all business processes and operations
  • Lead the development and execution of ESG and regulatory compliance training programs for employees
  • Monitor and report on ESG and regulatory compliance metrics and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives
  • Stay current with global regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in ESG and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing global compliance strategies
  • Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Professional certifications in ESG or regulatory compliance preferred

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in ESG and/or regulatory compliance
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Knowledge of international regulations and standards
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams

Pay

$180,000 - $220,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
