Executive Director, Clinical Leader– Neuropsychiatry

For our client, we are seeking an Executive Director Clinical Leader– Neuropsychiatry to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment. Location: Titusville, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,000 – $401,350 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute clinical development plans for late phase compounds Lead and supervise a cross-functional Clinical Team Oversee medical monitoring and safety activities for clinical studies Interpret and prepare results for global health authority submissions Assess and evaluate medical publications from the team Support regulatory strategy development and health authority reporting Manage project budgets for clinical activities Qualifications MD or equivalent with post-doctoral training and certification 7 years clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience 3 years Phase II/III development experience in the industry Preferred Board Certification in Psychiatry or Neurology 3 years managerial or supervisory experience Expertise in clinical drug development Global registration experience and interaction with Health Authorities preferred Benefits Consolidated retirement plan and 401(k) savings plan participation 120 hours of vacation per calendar year 40 to 56 hours of sick time, depending on location 13 days of holiday pay plus floating holidays 480 hours of parental leave within one year of a child’s birth or adoption Up to 240 hours of bereavement leave 32 hours of volunteer leave per calendar year Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
