Executive Director, Clinical Leader– Neuropsychiatry

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical development plans for late phase compounds
• Lead and supervise a cross-functional Clinical Team
• Oversee medical monitoring and safety activities for clinical studies
• Interpret and prepare results for global health authority submissions
• Assess and evaluate medical publications from the team
• Support regulatory strategy development and health authority reporting
• Manage project budgets for clinical activities

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with post-doctoral training and certification
• 7 years clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience
• 3 years Phase II/III development experience in the industry
• Preferred Board Certification in Psychiatry or Neurology
• 3 years managerial or supervisory experience
• Expertise in clinical drug development
• Global registration experience and interaction with Health Authorities preferred

Pay

$232,000 – $401,350 annually
