For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking an Executive Director to support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive center-level economics framework across the company's national portfolio
  • Develop financial reporting, analytics, and performance management routines for center-level visibility
  • Partner closely with leadership and operations teams to drive financial accountability and operational rigor
  • Identify and diagnose issues in center performance to formulate improvement initiatives
  • Create standardized views of financial metrics to enhance center-level transparency
  • Build business cases for initiatives that enhance productivity and financial performance
  • Provide insights that connect operational performance, patient growth, and profitability
  • Collaborate with Growth and Development teams to evaluate new market opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, payer, provider, value-based care, or risk-bearing organizations
  • Demonstrated experience leading financial planning, operational finance, business performance management, or multi-site financial analytics
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, payer contracts, revenue recognition, risk-based reimbursement, and operational finance
  • Experience partnering directly with senior operational leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Advanced financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams

Pay

$131,500 – $303,195 annually
