About the role

CCCD is entering an exciting new chapter and is seeking an Executive Director to help shape the future of cooperative development in California. CCCD supports the growth of cooperative enterprises throughout the state, including worker, housing, consumer, and agricultural cooperatives. The organization works with communities, partners, and policymakers to strengthen cooperative development and cooperative ecosystems across California.

Responsibilities

• Provide mission-driven leadership to expand CCCD’s impact and strengthen the cooperative ecosystem.
• Lead fundraising efforts to support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Advance cooperative development initiatives in collaboration with communities, partners, and policymakers.
