Senior Executive Director at PRS.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Community
- Direct all operations and provide clear, performance-driven leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Reinforce a culture aligned with PRS values
- Drive Operational & Sales Performance
- Own census across all service lines, this is non-negotiable
- Partner closely with sales to drive occupancy and move-ins
- Ensure strong execution across Independent Living and Healthcare
- Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for results
- Own Financial Performance
- Lead with a strong P&L mindset—revenue, expenses, and margin matter
- Drive disciplined decision-making to ensure long-term sustainability
- Align operations, staffing, and census to financial performance
- Engage with Community & Industry
- Represent the organization locally and professionally
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or related operations
- Proven ability to drive census, improve occupancy, and manage P&L performance
- Experience leading through accountability and developing strong teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Life Plan/CCRC experience strongly preferred
- NHA license (preferred)
- A leadership style that balances high expectations with strong team development
Compensation
Salary Range : $154,600 - $193,300
