About the role
Executive Director for Arbor Terrace Frisco, a brand‑new senior living community opening in 2027 in Frisco, Texas. The community blends luxury living with purpose‑built support for every stage of aging. The Executive Director will lead day‑to‑day operations, hold full P&L accountability, and set the tone for resident care, team engagement, financial performance, sales, occupancy, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the community.
- Maintain full responsibility for the community’s P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high‑performing team of department leaders.
- Drive strong resident, family, and team‑member satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support occupancy and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents and team members.
- Establish clear expectations and accountability while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational performance and the resident experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active Georgia ALF license required.
- At least 3 years of senior living operations leadership experience, ideally at the Executive Director/Administrator level.
- Demonstrated success managing P&L, budgets, occupancy, and financial goals.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high‑performing leadership teams.
- Strong knowledge of employee performance management and relevant HR practices.
- Thorough understanding of senior living regulations, operational best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and experience utilizing CRM and operational systems.

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 plus additional compensation based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership success.
