Executive Director - Assisted Living

Business DevelopmentFull-time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly accountable, detail-driven Executive Director who sees what others miss, handles volume with urgency, and leads with both heart and standards. You come ready to learn our way first, earn trust, and then thoughtfully offer improvements that strengthen the operation.
