Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of Compensation Committee materials
  • Own all executive pay analysis and design from draft to presentation
  • Ensure analytical rigor and clarity in presentations to the board
  • Drive design and administration of global executive compensation programs
  • Serve as the internal expert on pay philosophy and competitiveness
  • Conduct market benchmarking in collaboration with external consultants
  • Lead the equity strategy and assess plan effectiveness and competitiveness

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation with 5 years focused on executive compensation and equity design
  • Proven track record with Compensation Committees or senior leadership presentations
  • Experience managing relationships with external compensation consultants
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills for building complex models
  • Strong executive presence capable of communicating effectively with the C-suite
  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent project and time management skills to manage multiple workstreams
