Responsibilities
- Manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that resonate with our guests
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and performance
- Establish and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to create cost-effective purchasing strategies
- Monitor inventory and manage food costs efficiently
- Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant practices in our kitchens
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or comparable role in a restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- Strong creative flair with a passion for food and service
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
Pay
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
