Responsibilities

  • Manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that resonate with our guests
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and performance
  • Establish and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to create cost-effective purchasing strategies
  • Monitor inventory and manage food costs efficiently
  • Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant practices in our kitchens

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or comparable role in a restaurant setting
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to manage budgets and control costs effectively
  • Strong creative flair with a passion for food and service
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred

Pay

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position.
