About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary team in preparing and serving meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure food safety and quality
- Develop and implement new menu items based on resident feedback and nutritional guidelines
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- A minimum of a two-year A.O.S. Degree from an accredited culinary arts program or equivalent work experience
- Four years of progressive culinary/kitchen experience
- Four years of management or supervisory experience
- Fine dining experience
- Catering experience
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office suite, email, and e-commerce based tools
- ServSafe certified

- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
- Experience with food safety and sanitation practices
