Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead the culinary vision for The Crossvines, crafting menus that reflect the seasonality and regional flavors
  • Collaborate with the beverage and events teams to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a kitchen team fostering a supportive and engaging work environment
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency
  • Navigate both creative and business aspects of the kitchen, balancing innovation with operational excellence
  • Cultivate relationships with local suppliers to highlight regional ingredients
  • Contribute to special events, tastings, and programming that enhance the guest journey
