Key Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the culinary vision for The Crossvines, crafting menus that reflect the seasonality and regional flavors
- Collaborate with the beverage and events teams to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences
- Build, mentor, and inspire a kitchen team fostering a supportive and engaging work environment
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Navigate both creative and business aspects of the kitchen, balancing innovation with operational excellence
- Cultivate relationships with local suppliers to highlight regional ingredients
- Contribute to special events, tastings, and programming that enhance the guest journey
