About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in all areas of the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Operate and maintain equipment in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth operations during cruises.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid certification in food safety and hygiene.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Education in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and cultural sensitivity.
- Experience with food service operations on cruise ships is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
