About the role
The role involves working on various ships, including culinary, hospitality, engineering, marine, and entertainment teams. Employees will also engage in corporate life and support the Employee Spotlight program.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the culinary team by preparing meals and managing food service operations.
- Support the hospitality team in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain ship systems and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Work alongside the marine team to manage onboard logistics and ensure smooth sailing operations.
- Engage with the entertainment team to organize activities and events that enhance the cruise experience.
- Participate in corporate initiatives and support the Employee Spotlight program.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a maritime or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Passport and ability to travel internationally.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stress and adapt to changing schedules.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
- Experience with basic ship maintenance and repair.
