About the role
Responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement menus that meet guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Manage inventory and procurement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive chef roles.
- Proven track record of successful menu development and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Permit.
- Experience with corporate dining and event planning.
- Knowledge of local health codes and regulations.
Skills
- Experienced in managing large kitchen staffs.
- Proficient in cost control and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Pay
