About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic and innovative environment. This role will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions to streamline medical billing processes and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new billing solutions
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Contribute to the development and testing of new software features
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting medical billing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration
• Knowledge of healthcare billing standards and protocols

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with database management systems like SQL
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
