Executive Building Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Building Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role is focused on overseeing complex insurance restoration assignments from assessment through reconstruction, with a strong emphasis on accurate reporting, cost control, and timely delivery. You will partner closely with claims adjusters, property managers, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and documentation. The position also requires hands-on oversight of mitigation activities, site operations, and scope negotiation to help ensure successful project outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Manage large, complex assignments delivering consistent value and expert reporting Oversee detailed site assessments and scope of repair negotiations Control reconstruction job costs and timelines for insurers and property managers Maintain precise records according to company standards and use of technology Efficiently handle billings and documentation for complex project hours and expenses Ensure independent oversight of mitigation processes and daily site operations Foster relationships with property claims adjusters and clients to streamline project delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted 10+ years of relevant experience, specifically in insurance restoration 7+ years of specific experience in managing projects or teams Current IICRC certifications, with progress toward Master certifications required Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexibility in work environment with reasonable accommodations considered Dynamic team culture focused on collaboration and excellence Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
