Executive Automotive Sales Associate

Kayser Ford Lincoln is looking to add an energetic new face to one of the largest Ford dealerships in Wisconsin. We’re a family-oriented company offering a 5-day work week (one weekday off and work Saturdays).

Schedule

• 5-day/40-hour work week with no late nights
• One weekday off
• Work Saturdays (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Weekday hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills by asking questions and listening carefully to guest responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority
• Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your ‘A game’ every day
