Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for key committees including: Professional Affairs Committee, Benefits Committee, Culture & Experience Committee.
  • Cook logistics, prepare agendas, take and distribute meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Support the Mentoring Program by managing communications, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Facilitate administrative onboarding and preboarding processes for new hires.
  • Cook administrative support for leadership and executive functions, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and event logistics.
  • Support additional PLT (Physician Leadership Team) initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical group setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting leadership teams or committees. Familiarity with healthcare operations or medical group structures. Knowledge of onboarding processes and event coordination.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work environment with occasional in-person meetings and events.
  • May require occasional travel to various SWBMG locations.
