About the role

The individual will support the Head of Product in Seattle, providing administrative and logistical support.

Responsibilities

  • Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritizing activities
  • Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Helping plan domestic and international travel itineraries and processing expenses
  • Organizing documents, preparing meeting materials, ordering supplies, and managing purchase orders
  • Tracking and driving to completion of key deliverables and following up
  • Covering for other executives as needed
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external guests
  • Driving operational cadences such as staff meetings, QBRs, and planning cycles
  • Continuously improving team mechanisms

Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience with executive-level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with work space planning/management
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently, exercising good judgment

Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
