Executive Assistant/Medical Staff Coordinator - Full-time
What You'll Do
- Cook up and organize the schedules, tasks, and communications for our medical staff and executive team
- Prep and prepare meetings, including jotting down minutes and following up on action items
- Support credentialing operations for medical staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Ensure smooth sailing between medical staff and hospital administration
- Help out with special projects and initiatives that boost the effectiveness of our healthcare delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a medical staff coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and keep things confidential
