You provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior finance leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective executive communication. This role plays a key part in supporting the day to day of key finance executives, global finance coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and priorities across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
  • Support communication with the Board of Directors, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics
  • Serve as a liaison to the global finance organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level correspondence with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate data collection, reporting, and documentation to support finance initiative
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams outside of finance to support business priorities and projects
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion while managing competing deadlines

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant or similar role within a finance department
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting executives or board-level interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting the CFO of a large multi-national company
