What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the President's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel logistics
- Prepare board materials, agendas, and track follow-up actions to support accountability
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
- Logistically support meetings, retreats, and special initiatives connected to the President's office
- Contribute to building and maintaining systems and workflows that improve organizational efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- At least 3-4 years of experience providing high-level administrative or executive support in nonprofit or mission-driven environments
- Experience with complex scheduling, travel coordination, and communications for senior executives
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and project management abilities
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Outlook and Google Workspace
