About the role
The Executive Assistant will support the Real Estate investment team at a U.S.-based investment management firm that focuses on credit and fixed income-related alternative investments founded in 1990 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Real Estate investment team.
- High volume expense reporting through Emburse.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling across multiple time zones and internal/external stakeholders.
- Cook up travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense reconciliation.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and investment-related materials as needed.
- Aid in meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, investors, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support ad hoc projects related to real estate investment activities and team operations.
- Anticipate needs of supported professionals and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in financial services, preferably within investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or real estate finance.
- MS Office experience required.
- SAP Concur, Emburse or related expense reporting software experience required.
