Executive Assistant
About the role
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities and business priorities. This role serves as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders while managing confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. The position also supports office operations and contributes to organizational effectiveness through strong coordination, communication, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing priorities, handling sensitive information, and facilitating daily operations.
- Cook complex calendars, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient scheduling and resolution of conflicts.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and process expenses in compliance with company policies.
- Support office operations, including vendor coordination, facilities management, supplies, and workspace planning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials by consolidating data and ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include experience working with ERP systems or administrative tools such as SAP or similar platforms, experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate or global business environment, Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain certification, and demonstrated ability to improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
