Executive Assistant
About the role
Provide support at all levels, identify gaps, and develop or implement solutions to enhance team success.
Proactively coordinate with the leadership team and other EA’s to plan and organize company-wide events, activities, and manage calendars.
Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership across multiple time zones, ensuring diplomacy, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
Organize, prioritize, and securely handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely action is taken as required.
Collaborate and communicate across functions within the organization.
Proactively manage travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs within designated timeframes.
Work with the EA team to coordinate onsite meals, events, and employee activities, and ensure the office is well-stocked with kitchen and office supplies.
Prioritize the inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives for executives.

Requirements
Minimum of 8 years supporting high-level executives (C-Suite) in Tech.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must reside in the Bay Area. This position is primarily onsite in San Jose, CA with limited flexibility for remote work.
