About the Role
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential information, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership.
