The Executive Assistant position performs a varied of administrative duties providing mission support in one or more function areas within MARFORCYBER. This position is 100% onsite. Job Duties Drafting, reviewing, and editing of non-policy correspondenceQuality control review of staff action packages destined for the Commander, Executive Director, Chief of Staff and Sergeant MajorTask management, to include tracking task status, follow-ups, routing, and loggingProtocol support, to include VIP visitor coordination, itinerary and read-ahead development, and staffing coordinationAdministrative filingDevelopment of SOPs and Desktop Guides Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Additional four (4) years of work experience considered in lieu of degreeProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, standard computer applications and ability to learn customer collaboration tools i.e. Jira, ConfluenceKnowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure to ensure that written materials prepared and reviewed are complete, succinct, and formatted correctlyExperience working independently, anticipating and adapting to changing mission requirements and priorities, and managing multiple tasks with minimal guidanceAbility to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audienceAbility to participate productively as a contributing member in a team environment Required Security Clearance Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly completed in the last 5 years Target salary range $100,001 - $140,000.
